Aluminum alloy removable flood wall for water conservancy project is mainly used to protect mountains and rivers, lakes or urban waterlogging. Product composition
The product composition can be roughly divided into five parts: column (including side column), baffle, embedded parts, fasteners and seals, as shown in the figure

- side column
The side column is made of 6063 aluminum alloy, which is sent to the construction site after extrusion, aging, oxidation, threading and other processing steps.

- column
The main body of the column is extruded by 6063 series and 6005 series aluminum alloy. After aging, the strength of the column is enhanced. After sawing, the column is sent to the outside for processing. Each column can be divided into three parts, which are composed of the column, the column base and the reinforcing rib. The three parts are completed by welding and machining. The welding method is particularly important. The products are all welded by argon arc welding, and each welding joint has three welds. The strength of the column is the overall strength of the aluminum alloy flood control wall. The column is connected with the ground embedded parts by using M24 galvanized bolts to ensure its safety and stability.

- embedded parts
The embedded parts are composed of top plate, sleeve, screw and bottom plate. The top plate and sleeve are made of 304 stainless steel and the screw bottom plate is made of carbon steel. The top plate surface is generally flush with the concrete foundation surface, and the bottom plate is welded with the screw and the reinforcement in the concrete foundation to integrate with the foundation. The lock lock is a down fastener. Its main function is to make downward pressure on the baffle plate installed in place. The main material of fastener is aluminum alloy, stainless steel and other materials. After the baffle plate is placed at the specified height, the down pressure fastener is used to lock the column and baffle to ensure the water stop performance at the bottom of the baffle

- Seals
Seals can be divided into: vertical column sealing strip, baffle sealing strip and bottom sealing sponge. The vertical sealing strip of column and baffle is made of EPDM, and the sealing sponge is made of PE. The water stop sponge can be compressed to compensate for the unevenness of the ground and effectively prevent the invasion of water at the bottom.
